Terms & Conditions

1. Open to residents of the UK, IOM, ROI and CI only except employees of Highland Spring Ltd and their immediate families, its agents, third parties and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Bulk applications/entries or those sent via third parties will not be accepted.
   
   
2. Participants under 18 require parent’s/guardian’s permission to take part.
   
   
3. Collector scheme and prize draw both close 31.12.2010.
   
   
4. Tokens are printed on promotional packs of Highland Spring on the reverse of the individual bottle labels. Each token may only be used once towards claiming a ‘best seat’ reward. The number of tokens required per ‘best seat’ reward varies.
   
   
5. On download of collector card one starter token will be available (which can be printed from www.iwantthebestseat.com). Only one starter token can be used per claim.
   
   
6. When the required number of tokens have been collected for your chosen ‘best seat’ reward, affix to the downloadable collector card which can be found at www.iwantthebestseat.com .
   
   Complete the name of your chosen ‘best seat’ reward, your name and address and send together with a cheque or postal order for the required amount to cover the postage and packaging of the item.
   
   To claim the ‘best seat’ rewards, the cheque values required are as follows:
   a. Inflatable Tennis Ball Seat £5 + 30 tokens
   b. Tennis Court Picnic Blanket £4 + 25 tokens
   c. Tripod Chair £4 + 20 tokens
   d. Tennis Ball Seat Cushion £3 + 15 tokens
   
   Make your cheque payable to “Best Seat Offer” and send it along with the completed form to:

   Alternatively, post the tokens in an envelope with details of the reward you’re claiming, name, address and cheque for the correct amount. Postal orders are also an accepted form of payment.Only one claim and one cheque per ‘best seat’ reward will be accepted. Online entries are limited to one entry per day per email address.
   
   
7. No responsibility can be accepted for system failure or anything else that prevents applications being received. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed, damaged or misplaced claims. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
   
   
8. Incomplete, copied, damaged or defaced tokens or entries will not be accepted.
   
   
9. Tokens can be redeemed for four different rewards – the inflatable tennis ball chair, the tripod chair, the tennis court picnic blanket and the tennis ball seat cushion. For further details on the rewards available and token redemption, visit www.iwantthebestseat.com.
   
   
10. All ‘best seat’ rewards meet applicable EC health & safety regulations. The inflatable chair is phthalate free. The inflatable chair is not suitable for use by anyone under 6 years of age. It is the responsibility of participants to make sure that children are properly supervised at all times when using the ‘best seat’ rewards. The Promoter does not accept any liability.
    
    
11. Positioning of the logo on the rewards may be subject to change and are shown in all promotional materials for illustrative purposes only.
    
    
12. You can cancel under this promotion up to seven clear working days from delivery by returning, at your own cost, the items to the promoter.
    
    
13. All details relating to the ‘best seat’ rewards on offer are correct at the start of the promotion but may be subject to change. The promoter therefore reserves the right to withdraw or amend rewards without prior notification throughout the duration of the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances or to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control and/or replace it with one of equal or greater value.
    
    
14. Actual ‘best seat’ rewards may differ slightly from those shown.
    
    
15. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all claimed items.
    
    
16. The promoter does not accept responsibility for any delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control and it is your responsibility to ensure the details you supply are correct.
    
    
17. The prize draw prize winner will be drawn at random and under independent supervision and advised in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
    
    
18. The ‘best seat’ rewards are as stated and there are no cash or other alternatives available. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The sale of tokens or packaging is strictly forbidden and no tokens acquired by these means will be accepted. You can alternatively enter the slam tennis experience draw only by simply sending your name and address to Best Seat in the House, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1GY. Only one entry per stamped envelope.
    
    
19. The prize consists of tickets for four people to two of the opening rounds at the Paris or US open, return flights from the UK to New York or Paris including transfers, three nights accommodation in a four-star hotel (room only) plus £500 spending money.
    
    
20. There is no cash or other prize alternative available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value.
    
    
21. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
    
    
22. If the winner is not contactable within 28 days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
    
    
23. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.
    
    
24. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury sustained as a result of promotional participation.
    
    
25. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final.
    
    
26. The winner’s names and images may be used in subsequent articles for trade/press publicity or use on the web.
    
    
27. The winner’s name and county will be made available after the closing date by sending an SAE marked Get The Best Seat promotion to 23 Alva Street, Edinburgh EH2 4PS.
    
    
28. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
